Diplo’s Dreamland Fashion Week Event in Central Park, NYC

At this point, Diplo has made it quite evident that he is not your average DJ. He is a cool DJ. He does more than just produce incredible and unique music. Diplo is also known for his extraverted, sociable, lively, and entertaining personality. 

Diplo has just recently announced his show that will be taking place in Antarctica. Yes, Antarctica. And now he announced his upcoming performance during New York’s fashion week  that will be taking place in good ole’ Central Park in Manhattan. Diplo is always doing something fun, isn’t he?

Jake Resnicow presents the event that goes by the name ‘Dreamland’, where Diplo will be headlining, featuring two more amazing artists, BLOND:ISH and LP Giobbi. The event is taking place on Saturday, September 9th from 3PM - 10 PM. 

New York’s fashion week is not only about the clothes and fashion, but it is also meant to broadcast the different forms of unique art forms there are - music being one of them. What is so special about Dreamland is that this event is open to anyone who wants to join. 

Beyond this, a large portion of the profits gained from the Dreamland event will be going to City Parks Foundation. This is an organization committed to bettering the parks and landscapes of New York City into… perhaps a ‘Dreamland’.
