Club Space’s Yogi Invaders Brings Mindfulness to Miami

When Miami’s non-stop party circuit starts to feel more like a marathon than a sprint, Club Space is here with a welcome intermission. No, not the kind with confetti cannons or a surprise sunrise set—this one involves yoga mats, mindfulness, and just a pinch of Miami’s signature edge. Every Saturday afternoon, the legendary house music haven transforms into a tranquil oasis for Yogi Invaders, a free, consumption-friendly yoga class where the tempo slows, the sunlight streams, and the vibe is anything but ordinary.

Stepping into Club Space on a Saturday afternoon is like walking into a dream. The same venue that pulses with energy at 5 a.m. now hums with a softer rhythm. Sunlight filters through the skylights, dappled by trellises of greenery and disco balls. By 4 p.m., the crowd begins to gather—athleisure-clad yogis rolling out their mats on the iconic dance floor. And yes, some folks bring along their favorite cannabis companion for a little pre-session ritual (this is Miami, after all). But the vibe is about connecting with yourself and the house music venue in a whole new way.

Levy’s journey to this moment is as eclectic as Club Space itself. She was introduced to meditating during her college years as a tool for healing. Years later, after becoming a regular at Space’s underground music events, she found a way to merge her passions. Her first 420-friendly yoga class started as a modest affair with one or two friends. Fast-forward to now, and the event draws up to 300 participants, all finding their zen before most of Miami has had their first cocktail. “When you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of community,” Levy shares.

Tiffany has spent 12 years meditating and 10 years studying mindfulness. As a mindful movement teacher, she has built a wellness empire, training 42 coaches under her and creating programs where volunteers help run free mentorship initiatives. She remains committed to aiding communities in times of disaster, ensuring that her impact extends beyond the yoga mat.

When we asked her one of her memorable moments at Club Space, she mentioned that during a late-night set by house music star Cloonee, he was looking for essential oils to help calm his nerves. Tiffany was the person to turn to. Her expertise in holistic healing has made her a go-to for the Miami scene, especially at Club Space.

For a venue that has built its reputation on all-night house music marathons, offering a weekly yoga class might seem like a curveball. But in reality, it’s the perfect complement to the club’s ethos. Space has always been about creating moments, whether that’s a life-changing set at sunrise or a quiet pause in the middle of a chaotic week. 420 Space Yoga feels like a love letter to Miami’s creative and diverse spirit. It’s proof that Club Space doesn’t just adapt to trends—it redefines them.

If you’re curious about how mindfulness and Miami’s party scene intersect, this is your sign to grab a mat (and maybe a friend). Just don’t be surprised if you leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected than when you arrived. After all, Club Space has always been about the music, the magic, and the moments—and this one might just be its best remix yet.
